Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are available for free delivery within the Katherine area, and flat rate postage within Australia.
Dependent on the size of the product, we will charge a flat rate of $5 for smaller items and $10 for larger items.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within set timeframes as below:
Change of mind returns are accepted for 7 days from purchase. (This does not include custom made items as they can't be resold.) Please email us immediately if you wish to return your item and we will organise postage or drop off at a specified address. The item needs to be complete with all packaging and no damage to be returned, and you will be responsible for the cost of postage if applicable.
Defected or damaged products are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item with proof of purchase, and you will receive your choice of a full refund or exchange. Return costs will be covered by us if postage is necessary.
